In addition, models other than “Demo OK” may also be available for rental.

5 requests from Shodensha regarding demo units

1. 1. To offer our services to as many customers as possible, we ask that you lend one model or one model plus options (e.g., 3D arm).
2. 2. We will cover the cost of the rental demo machine and shipping. We regret that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of your company.
3. 3. We request a one-week rental period.
4. 4. Our inventory of demo machine is limited. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but in some cases, you may need to wait about a week. In such cases, we will contact you regarding the shipping date.
5. 5. Demo unit rentals are limited to corporate customers. We regret that we cannot lend demo machine to individuals. If you have a sample, we can conduct experiments and send you the data. Please feel free to contact us.
6. 6. You may be required to pay for repairs for damage caused by anything other than normal use of the demo machine (such as a drop, impact, or incorrect wiring).
